Helping people understand themselves
We’re here to spark self-discovery, self-awareness, and introspection. Hopefully, this will make your life better.
Our mission
The world is filled with issues, a big one being mental health. That's where journalling comes in; It's been known as a great way to reduce stress and improve mindfulness.
Now I've used many journal apps but they all had their problems. Whether it was locking basic features behind a paywall or bad UI/UX. Some didn't have device sync or you'd have to pay for each platform separately.
So, I decided to build my own journal app (Yup, this is all made by one person). A journal that's encrypted by default, has device sync, it's fast, and is genuinely built to improve the journal experience. And it gives this all for free, because basic mental health shouldn't come with a price tag.

AI Features
What if you could talk to your journal?
What if we use AI in a secure and genuinely meaningful way
AI took the world by storm and it's proven to be fairly useful. So, how do we use it to improve the journal experience? Like in a genuinely safe and helpful way?
First, let's allow users to let an AI scan through their entry and extract key information. We store this information in a secure manner.
Then, each time we "memorize" a new entry, we pass the previous generation as context. This creates a loop in which the AI constantly learns and improves.
Lastly, we let users talk to their journal and the AI will respond with all the context. (Like an actual "Dear Diary" moment). We keep user data but only storing the essentials and anything stored is always encrypted.

Open Beta
Constantly improving
Building a journal that people actually want. That means getting feedback and constantly improving.
What's done
Currently it's at a point where I can use it as my personal journal. But not everyone is me, so I'm working on making it better. For now, the actual entries, search, prompted entries, goals, search, tags and AI features are all done. Of course, they'll improve with more user feedback but they're solid.
There are also some features that are needed for a full release. These includes a mobile app, managing uploaded files, and community features. Once that's done and there are almost no bugs, we shall remove the "open beta" label.
